Return & Exchange

 

At Malone London, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. To maintain operational efficiency and fairness, we have established the following guidelines for all returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  • Returns can be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order, provided that the items are in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returned items must not show any signs of wear, washing, damage, alterations, or modifications. If such conditions are found, the return will be declined, and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable. Personalized or custom-made items are also exempt from returns and exchanges.
  • Items classified as 'Seasonal' or 'Limited Edition' may have restricted return terms.
  • To ensure fairness, we reserve the right to limit returns for customers exhibiting a pattern of frequent returns.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, including photographic evidence, to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Request Procedure

  • All return and exchange requests must be submitted via email to info@malone-london.com Please include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, a detailed explanation for the return or exchange, and photographic proof for defective items.
  • Upon receiving your request, we will review it to determine eligibility. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response with further instructions.
  • If approved, you will receive a return authorization email with specific instructions. If denied, we will provide a clear explanation for the decision.
  • Once your return is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within 7 days. Delays beyond this window may result in the return being voided. Please ensure that your return includes tracking information.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping is free. Malone London provides pre-paid return shipping labels for all eligible returns.
  • We recommend using the provided label and packaging to avoid any issues with lost or damaged packages during transit.
  • Failure to adhere to the return shipping timeline or guidelines may result in forfeiture of the return or exchange.

Refunds & Inspection

  • All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt. If the item does not meet our return criteria (i.e., original condition, intact tags, unworn, etc.), the refund will not be processed, and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days following the completion of the inspection.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires. If the product has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible until the goods have been received. Once received, the standard return process will apply.

Return Abuse & Fraud Monitoring

To maintain the integrity of our return process, we monitor return and exchange patterns. Instances of return fraud, including but not limited to excessive returns or attempts to return damaged, altered, or worn items, may result in:

  • Denial of future return requests.
  • Account suspension.
  • Legal action if deemed necessary.
